2. How I can know if your products could support my CD-RW or not?
Please view the Supported and Unsupported Drives
List.
3. What is the system requirement?
Pentium 133 PC or higher, 32MB RAM or more, Windows 9X, Windows ME,
Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000 or Windows XP/2003, and a CD Recorder.
4. What should I do before write a disc?
1 Disable other processes running as background tasks (virus scan, screen-saver,
etc...)
2 Try using a lower write speed especially on slow systems.
3 Don't run other applications while recording (especially on a slow
system).
4 Don't access the hard disk.
5 Don't record from a network connection if at all possible - the network
data transfer rate may be to slow.
6 Disable auto-insert notification for the CDR.
5. When I am writing certain mp3 files to the disc,
the sound like they are recorded at 2x. What is the cause for this?
Our product will only currently decode Mp3 files which have an encoded
frequency of 44.1Khz, 16Bit, and stereo. MPEG-Layer 3 is fully supported
. This is not a bug. It is by design. Mp3 files must be high quality
44.1k for correct writing. Besides, why would you want to record a low
quality mp3 to a CD? :)
6. When write the disc, the write buffer fluctuate dramatically while
using Burn-Proof,are there any problems?
Burn-Proof will use as much of the drive buffer as possible and then
wait for more data. This IS NOT A BUG. It works correctly.
7. Sometimes ,the software reported that "Some errors occurred",why?
1 Maybe the writing speed is too high. You should try lowering the writing
speed.
2 Maybe the disc doesn't support the high-speed-recording feature.
8. Does the disc made by your products can be played in my car CD
player?
Of course,it can.

Not support now, but it will be available in the next version.
11. Should I install the ASPI drivers for my CD-R?
ASPI if not required for win NT/2000/XP/2003.
12. How can I hold the best quality when I converting a WAV to MP3
or WMA?
OK, you can adjust the options to the highest quality, but it will spent
much time to convert,we recommend you to use the default settings.
